Tender Description
Endeavour Energy seeks to implement a range of supplier panels whereby successful suppliers from this RFP will be pre-qualified and invited to participate in requests for estimates for engineering design requirements.
The supplier panels will provide an efficient, structured and competitive framework for Endeavour Energy to access a pool of suppliers with adequate capabilities, capacity and redundancy. Suppliers will benefit from access to future work opportunities and a longer-term supply relationship.
The Engineering Design panel is tailored to the needs of both regulated and unregulated network portfolios and consists of activities ranging from low voltage through to 500 kV network design capabilities. Whole of design life capabilities are to be incorporated into the Engineering Design Panel which consist of Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) capabilities to conduct optioneering, feasibility studies, project estimating, concept and detailed designs of network assets including but not limited to overhead and underground powerlines, substations, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and associated digital engineering capabilities such as 3D modelling, safety in design, risk management.
