Project Description: Webuild, Clough and Lane trading as Future Generation Joint Venture (FGJV) is a main contractor of Snowy 2.0 EPC Project. The Project is a pumped hydro project that will increase the generation capacity of the Snowy Mountains Scheme by up to 2,200MW and at full capacity will provide approximately 350,000MW/h of energy storage. The project includes all activities associated with the requirements for the Snowy 2.0 Pumped Hydro-electric Scheme.
Opportunity Title: Future Generation Joint Venture would like to engage a company with proven experience in hydro-demolition of concrete structures for remedial works for Type IA(CS05) South Wall at Talbingo Intake Transition Structure.
1.Engineering support, provision of plant, equipment, labour and supervision, and execution of hydro-demolition works for the removal of defective concrete and associated remedial activities for a section of Type 1A (CS-05) South Wall at the Talbingo Intake Transition Structure. The main purpose of the works is to remove defective and non-compliant concrete identified within the structure and to expose competent substrate suitable for subsequent reinstatement works.
2.The Works will be carried out at the Talbingo Intake Transition Structure within a constrained environment and will require controlled and staged execution to maintain structural stability throughout the works
