This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Buyer’s Technology and Digital Services Section provides support across the agency’s ICT application and infrastructure. In particular, the Buyer’s team requires additional infrastructure support surrounding the consistent implementation of required Microsoft patches. The Buyer is also seeking experience technicians to provide critical support ensuring systems are available, as required.
The Buyer is seeking the following professional and technical services for infrastructure, network, telephony, desktop, and cloud environments as required:
• Ability to triage and resolve level three (3) service desk jobs.
• Critical system escalation and resolution, in collaboration with AFMA’s internal Infrastructure team.
• Ownership of patching for Microsoft systems, including Windows Servers, Laptops, and Office applications.
• Investigate and implement patch automation.
• Provide a 24 hour response time for implementation of critical patches.
• Provide support when an AFMA critical service is down.
