This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Project Overview
Delivery of DVA Transformation Program as announced in the Budget for FY21/22. The Program of work will run for 18 months with a broad range of deliverables aimed at:
- Improving servicing to veterans and their families through minor enhancements and integration of ICT;
- Providing faster access to services for veterans and their families by improving claims processing;
- Preparing to decommission expensive at-risk legacy systems; and
- Preparing for the next phase of VCR through business process analysis.
Responsibilities
‘End to end’ UX designer including the following:
- Ability to conduct client and stakeholder engagement, facilitation and analysis.
- Ability to translate user insights into wireframes, mock ups and prototypes.
- Ability to understand and leverage existing design patterns whilst working towards continuous improvement.
- Content design and information architecture. Ability to write content that conforms with both product and organisational guidelines.
- UI design capability including familiarity with responsive design and design systems. Experience using Figma or similar design tool.
- Ability to conduct usability testing and perform analysis of findings
- Experience with designing for accessibility (WCAG)
