Tender Description
Tenders from suitably qualified commercial electrical contractors with experience in sports-lighting are invited to tender for the works described in the tender documentation for and initial contract term of 1 year plus defects liability period of 1 year. The Contract will be a “fixed price lump sum contract” and involve the supply of all labour, materials, plant, supervision, equipment and OH&S compliance with Rapid Global required for its completion
The works include the installation of sports-lighting at the Ferrie Oval and Carpark lighting to the Muir Pavilion, Kooyong located at (Melways Map 59 D3) off Elizabeth Street Kooyong (below the Metro Rail line off Glenferrie Road).
All works will be in accordance with the Tender Documents for Contract T22008 Ferrie Sports Oval Lighting & Car Park Lighting (“the Contact’) including invitation, Tender Conditions, Preliminaries, General Conditions of Contract (Australian Standard AS 2124 – 1992 General conditions of contract Part A & B), Works – Contract Drawings & Contract Specifications, Tender Submission Schedules, Attachments and Addenda (if issued).
