This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Change Management Objective is to ensure that internal and external stakeholders are aware of the changes between the old and the new systems and are prepared to use and embed the new solution through training and communications. Change Management encourages business functions to adapt their operating procedures to the new solution in advance of the go-live.
The Department is seeking services of Change Managers to join a project to deliver one of its IT projects. The Change Manager’s primary role is to support all stakeholders and end users in the transitioning from the current state to the future state processes in order to maximise system adoption, usage and realisation of benefits.
Key duties of the successful candidate may include:
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary IT delivery team using the department’s agile methodology.
• Develop and implement a Change Management Strategy
• Undertake change impact assessment
• Develop and implement a Communication Plan
• Undertake Training Needs Analysis and deliver a training plan
• Gather stakeholder feedback and communicate to the multi-disciplinary team
• Managing stakeholder relationships and providing expert advice on project planning and decision-making.
