Tender Description
The Buloke Shire Council invites Tenders from experienced and competent building and/or construction contractors to upgrade the sports lighting facilities at Wycheproof Oval and Hockey Pitch.
This Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following work requirements:
- Management and Supervision
- Preparation, approval and implementation of a flight path construction management plan
- Compliance with DELWP requirements and conditions
- Obtain a building permit for the works
- Site clearing/demolition of redundant infrastructure (poles, foundations and conduits)
- Earthworks
- Electrical and Lighting Works including
- Construction of foundations
- Supply and installation of lighting masts
- Supply and installation of floodlights
- Lighting controls
- Electrical conduits, cabling and pits
- Switchboard
- Testing and commissioning
- Supply of Maintenance Manuals
- Reinstatement Works
- Miscellaneous and Incidental Works
