This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
National Offshore Petroleum Titles Administrator (NOPTA) requires penetration and vulnerability testing for four areas of focus within its environment:
NOPTA utilises Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) virtual machines in Azure Southeast and Azure East Australia regions. We have recently replaced Cisco Cloud Services Routers (CSR) with Microsoft Azure Firewalls.
NOPTA is currently implementing Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC) on desktops and Internet facing servers to achieve compliance with the Essential Eight Application Whitelisting requirement to Maturity Level Two.
NOPTA has extended the capability of its Microsoft Intune implementation to allow iOS and Android BYOD devices to access corporate data, hosted within M365, and to manage Windows 10 endpoints
The National Electronic Approvals Tracking System (NEATS) website has been re-built and the NEATS Secure Portal is currently being replaced, using Azure AD B2C security framework.
Penetration testing is required to validate the controls and ensure that the implementations are sound. Prospective suppliers should provide detailed information to the services required, as appropriate.
