Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Lotterywest seeks to engage a Document Verification Service (DVS) Gateway Service Provider (GSP) that can:

  • Verify full legal name, age (minimum of 16 years), and WA residency
  •  Provide real-time automated identity verification as the primary method
  •  Provide manual offline verification processes for edge cases
  •  Access databases that are kept current and cover the majority of the Australian adult population
  •  Support integration via API and embedded web content (iframe) into Lotterywest's existing online channels
  •  Maintain data entirely within Australia and comply with Australian Privacy Legislation
  •  Support Lotterywest through a planned gaming system replacement (mid-2028) with no service disruption
