This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Finance is seeking the Services to assist with the delivery of the redeveloped Parliamentarian Expense Management System (PEMS).
In accordance with the Government’s Web Accessibility National Transition Strategy, the proposed solution must meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 level AA (WCAG 2.0) compliance and must therefore be assessed against these guidelines.
PEMS uses standard SAP functionality along with custom developed components and modules to satisfy the functional requirements for the solution. The Services must test the Web-based User Interfaces configured and developed using the Style Guide for WCAG 2.0 compliance. The online help provided through the Web-based User Interfaces must also be tested. It is anticipated that the delivered solution will have approximately 78 unique interfaces which are developed from standard templates. The Services must provide a compliance report which will identify any areas of the application, interfaces or online help which are not compliant to level AA, and suggest mitigations and treatments
