Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠OZ Minerals is seeking to identify a qualified and capable supplier partner(s) to deliver the Recreational Services outlined in section 2.4 of this document.

OZ Minerals intends to solicit proposals for the supply of these services from a select number of suppliers through a competitive Request for Tender (RFT) process:

- It is anticipated a RFT process will commence in Q1 FY22; and

- It is expected the supply for these services will commence in FY22 under a long-term partnership agreement.

The purpose of this Expressions of Interest (EOI) request is to identify suitable suppliers for the inclusion in the above mentioned competitive tender process. 

Recreational Services Overview

Recreational Services includes but is not limited to the following services for the Prominent Hill Village:
 
1. Management of Recreational Facilities
 
 The Contractor shall be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the recreation room, fittings and facilities.
 
2. Health and Lifestyles Coordinators
 
 The Contractors shall provide suitably qualified personnel to oversee recreational and gymnasium activities and to advise on matters of healthy eating and lifestyle. The Health and Lifestyles Coordinator’s role is to create a harmonious and cohesive atmosphere at the Site, to promote health, good dietary habits, fund raising, educational, fitness and well-being and recreational activities among residents.
