Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠This Advance Tender Notice is issued to allow interested suppliers to begin preparations in anticipation of a formal Invitation to Supply (ITS). The ITS documentation is undergoing review and approvals, and information contained in this Notice is subject to change. The anticipated ITS release time is May 2026.

TAFE SA has a significant campus footprint with 24 campuses across South Australia. All campuses are serviced by soft facilities management services (‘Campus Services’).

TAFE SA is seeking supply of Integrated Campus Services across all TAFE SA campuses (both metropolitan and regional, excluding APY Lands). Core services to be provided include:

  • Cleaning services
  • Security services
  • Waste management services
  • Grounds maintenance services
  •  Hygiene services

Through this procurement, TAFE SA is seeking to achieve the following objectives:

  • Supply Integrated Campus Services to TAFE SA campuses that ensure consistent, appropriate quality presentation, safety and hygiene for staff, students and visitors;
  • Simplify Campus Services contracting arrangements under a long-term agreement with an integrated, performance/outcome-based approach;
  • Establish strategic alignment with supplier(s);
  • Maximise opportunities for engagement of South Australian and Aboriginal businesses, including through subcontracting opportunities.

The successful supplier(s) will supply Integrated Campus Services that also:

  • Reflect the TAFE SA brand and are tailored to support student outcomes by ensuring that learning environments are safe, clean, and conducive to engagement.
  • Services that minimise disruptions, enhance accessibility, and promote wellbeing, support TAFE SA’s status as a training provider of choice. This approach recognises that well-maintained and serviced campuses contribute to student attendance, engagement, and achievement;
  • Deliver Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) objectives, including Aboriginal employment and business opportunities, modern slavery commitments and greenhouse gas emission reporting;
  • Promote innovation and emerging technologies.

A detailed specification will be supplied in the ITS.
