Tender Description
The City of Whyalla owns and operates, on behalf it its community, numerous building facilities. These facilities house internal and external operations and are essential for the Council to continue providing quality services to its ratepayers.
Whyalla Council is seeking to engage suitably qualified and experienced cleaning contractor(s) to undertake cleaning services of Council’s facilities in a professional manner, providing a high standard of presentation, hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
The contract will be for a 5 year period with two rights of renewal at one year each (at Council’s discretion) subject to budget approvals and contractor performance.
