Venue Building Cleaning

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Alexandrina Council invites tenders from suitably experienced contractors to provide Venue Building Cleaning Services across the Alexandrina Council.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Managing and delivering cleaning services across Council-owned and occupied facilities
• Cleaning the whole of premises, including surrounds, furnishings, fixtures, and fittings, to present a thoroughly clean appearance to staff, visitors, and the general public
• Maintaining all facilities to a consistent, safe, and hygienic standard
• Delivering all services in line with the Specifications for Services detailed in the separately attached documents: Venue Cleaning Building - Scope of Works, Appendix AA - Venue Building Cleaning Frequencies Table, and all associated floor plans

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Council is seeking a 5-year contract with the opportunity for future extensions
• Council will enter into an Agreement for these Services with the successful Tenderer
