The purpose of the contract is to undertake construction of landscape works.
The scope of works for the landscape works contract includes (but is not limited to):
- Contract Preliminaries
- Temp fencing and Traffic Management
- Site demolition
- Engineering & Geo-Technical
- Site set-out
- Service locator
- Coordinate with contractors
- Landscape preparation and supervision/coordination of all other contractors involved.
- Site excavation, grading and drainage including service connections as detailed, including electrical, plumbing and arborists.
- Drainage works
- Concrete paths and hard surfaces supply and installation
- Furniture and fixings, supply and install
- Concrete edging supply and installation
- Garden bed construction and tree bed preparation
- Planting: Supply and install of trees, shrubs and ground-cover
- Grassing including preparation, turfing and hydroseeding
- End of project Make Good.
- 13 week maintenance
This Specification is to be read in conjunction with the Landscape Drawings and Schedules.
