Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons capable of providing professional cleaning services for nominated buildings and public facilities within the municipal area of Loddon Shire Council
The primary purpose of the Contract is to ensure that, Council’s facilities meet all public health and safety standards and are of presentable appearance. The aim is to proceed with cleaning services in a manner that:
- Provides a visually clean, hygienic work office environment.
- Preserves the attractiveness and general amenity of the facilities.
- Delivers a clean hygienic welcoming environment to the users of Council’s Public Toilets, Barbeques and Table & Seating amenities.
- Showcases the Council’s facilities as neat, tidy and inviting.
