Tender Description
Council (the Principal), in response to RFx134 is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Utility Management Organisations to support Council with Bill Management and Verification. Council's aim is to ensure value for money, to save time and reduce costs overall.
Council require a streamlined checking and verification process which will identify anomalies with our Energy, Gas & Solar invoices and report accordingly. These reports would include consumption tracking, emissions monitoring, energy price analysis and meter tracking.
Council are seeking a system that is effortless and easy for the users.
The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the tender pricing schedules herein. The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract
CONTRACT: Professional Services
TERM: The Contract term will be Two (2) years with the option to renew the agreement for a further insert One (1) year period at the sole option of the Council in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFT.
