As part of a team provide a helpdesk function offering accurate and timely advice and assistance to system users; develop and maintain relevant technical knowledge; collaborate with other teams in the resolution of matters requiring Level 2 (advanced) technical support; drive the development and implementation of improvements to processes; contribute to data analysis and reporting used to monitor the effectiveness of systems and processes; support, mentor and coach other team members to develop their capability.
