South West TAFE has for sale by tender one dwelling currently being constructed as part of our Pre-apprentice training program at the Sherwood Park Campus. A four ($) bedroom house is available for removal in mid-late August 2021.
The house is constructed of timber cladding with colourbond roofing, fitted with Stanford four-panel doors, cathedral ceilings, colonial skirting and architraves and has been build with a view to relocate to a permanent site. It is suitable for use as a permanent residence, holiday accommodation of or office building.
