Tender Description
The Surf Coast Shire Council invites tenders from suitably experienced and qualified contractors to conduct routine maintenance and other specified activities for its Water Sensitive Urban Design Infrastructure (WSUD).
The successful tenderer will be required to deliver an annual program of maintenance services to Surf Coast Shires WSUD infrastructure including wetlands, sedimentation basins and bioretention swales.
The Contract shall operate on fixed lump sum fee basis, for an initial two-year term, with an extension option of up to two further years at Council's discretion.

Tenders must be completely uploaded into the electronic tender box by the closing time. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

It is the Tenderer's responsibility to ensure that correct lodgement occurs. Submissions not conforming to these conditions may not be accepted, in the absolute discretion of Council.
