Tender Description
Tenders are invited for commercially registered contractors with experience in the construction of Multi-use Acrylic Courts for the upgrades of five courts at the Orrong Park Tennis Centre. Works include civil works, new playing surface, fencing and lighting for an Initial Contract Term commencing late July 2021 with completion by 30 October 2021.
The Contract will be a “fixed price lump sum contract” generally involving the supply of all labour, materials, plant and equipment as specified for construction and associated works, includes but limited to:
Preliminaries and site establishment, environmental and site protection, demolition and disposal of off-site miscellaneous elements including, fences, Stormwater drainage and pit, Footpath, Pavements and associated subsurface drainage, Acrylic Surfaced Courts, Light towers, Earthworks
Trimming and compaction of the subgrade, Synthetic courts, Stormwater drainage, Concrete pavement, Kerb and Channel, Construction of fences, Supply and install light towers and lights Production of maintenance and operation manuals and Production of as-built drawings.
