Southern Grampians Shire Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified consultant team led by a qualified Architect to undertake:

1. the design review of Masterplan concepts.
2. the design development and detailed design drawings of the new Clubroom Building and Heritage Grandstand extension and upgrade.
3. the design development and detailed design of shelter structures to the netball court, oval edge and new Market Plaza upgrade.

The primary purpose of the Design Brief is to provide Council with a detailed design for a new clubroom/function centre with netball change rooms and refurbishment of the grandstand and extension of the indoor area for football and cricket unisex change facilities.
