This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Health’s Information Technology Division (ITD) provides desktop services to around 6,000 Health staff. We support a diverse range of business functions and a large suite of applications, systems and significant data infrastructure. This includes working with other government agencies on modernising Medicare and Aged Care payments and enabling delivery of Aged Care services.
ITD manages a number of public facing digital channels used by industry and lead a significant data capability that supports our compliance and regulation functions, policy development and program delivery. We are responsible for managing the department's physical and ICT security risk.
The request seeks to engage experienced sellers who have capability to source, train and provide ongoing human resource management for a range of resources which will be internally managed to work on ICT solutions for the ITD.
The services shall be provided against the Role Overview at Attachment B to this RFQ, namely:
a. Project Management;
b. Program Management;
c. Application Developer;
d. Analyst;
e. Administration;
f. Specialists;
g. Testers; and
h. Architects.
It is anticipated that the services will be delivered for an initial term from 1 June 2021 to 31 March 2023.
