Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠ABOUT: Sydney North Health Network (SNHN) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers of physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or exercise physiology to apply to deliver The Allied Health Group Therapy Program, a temporary measure aimed at improving the physical functioning of residents of Dorothy Henderson Lodge Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) who are at risk of deconditioning due to COVID-19 lockdowns in 2020. The Department of Health requires the program to be delivered to one eligible RACF in the SNHN region.

INFORMATION SESSION: An information session will be held on Monday 3rd May 2021, 10:00AM via Zoom. To register for the information session.
