The Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning is responsible for planning the Great Ocean Road Coastal Trail (Fairhaven to Skenes Creek) in partnership with Eastern Maar Aboriginal Corporation, Parks Victoria and the Great Ocean Authority and Colac-Otway Shire Council. The Department is seeking responses to this RFT for development of the Great Ocean Road Coastal Trail (Fairhaven to Skenes Creek) Master Plan and Trail Planning and Design Report.
