Tender Description
PURPOSE: Gunnedah Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced contractors to lead a multi-disciplinary design team for the design and construction of the Gunnedah Shire Koala Sanctuary.
This is the first stage of a 2-stage process. The second stage will be a Selective Tender whereby EOI Respondents that have been shortlisted from the first stage process will be invited to submit a tender response.
A Council EOI Assessment Panel will review all complying submissions to determine a shortlist of preferred Respondents who will then be invited to submit tenders in the second stage of the EOI/Selective Tender process.
Any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit an EOI by the deadline, 10:00am on Friday 7 May 2021. Responsibility for lodgement of completed EOI documents by the deadline lies solely with the Respondent.
Lodgement information is provided in this EOI document. Council is not bound to shortlist any EOI submitted.
This EOI is governed by the Hunter Council's Conditions of Registration.
