Port Macquarie Hastings Council invites submissions for Port Macquarie Community Centre Concept Design.
Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified external design consultant to complete the concept design for a new community centre facility at 79 Ocean Drive Port Macquarie.
The scope of the Request for Tender includes requirements for detailed concept designs for the Port Macquarie Community Centre to support funding opportunities in preparation for submitting DA approvals for future construction phases. Further details are provided in Part B – Specification.
A pre-tender briefing will be held at Port Macquarie Hastings Council, 17 Burrawan Street, Port Macquarie, NSW 2444 at 10.30 am, Tuesday 26th May 2026. Attendance at this briefing is a mandatory requirement of participation.
Potential Tenderers must register for briefing by 25th May 2026 via email to procurement@pmhc.nsw.gov.au
All clarifications must be sought within the tender period and no later than question closing date, please refer to 3.1 Part A - Conditions of Tendering.
Submissions that include clarifications, assumptions, or departures will be deemed non-conforming and will not be progressed for evaluation.
