Tender Description
Parkes Shire Council (the Principal) is seeking tenders for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of a ground-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) system at the New Eugowra Road Pump Station (NERPS).
The scope of works includes the delivery of an 1010kW ground-mounted solar PV system to support pumping operations at the New Eugowra Road Precinct. The works comprise (and the Contractor is to), but not limited to, the following:
- Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of an 1010kW ground-mounted solar PV system
- Supply, installation and commissioning of grid connected inverters of 770kW AC capacity (e.g. 7 x 110 kW units).
- Installation of underground DC cabling path from the solar PV array to the NERPS main switch room, including sub-array cabling
- Provide a complete solar PV system, including the design, supply, installation and commissioning of the system
- Integration of the solar PV system with the new NERPS electrical infrastructure, including locating inverters in the main switchroom and connections to the main switchboard located within the pump station
- Preparation of all technical documentation, including design documents, certifications, commissioning records, and as-built drawings
- Lodgement and management of all applications and approvals required by Essential Energy for network connection, on behalf of the Principal
- Compliance with all relevant Australian Standards, network requirements, statutory obligations and workplace health and safety requirements
