Tender Description
The After Hours Quality Improvement Grants aim to support general practices, residential aged care facilities (RACFs), health services, mental health, alcohol and other drugs (AOD), allied health including pharmacy, radiology and pathology services at a sub-regional level to focus on shared continuous quality improvement activities that ensure after hours primary health care service delivery models meet evidence based best practice.
Applicants must be a person or business who currently delivers after hours primary care services or be working towards delivering after hours primary care services within the WVPHN catchment.
