Tender Description
Council has undergone a formal audit of the synthetic surface at Springside Recreation Reserve (Lancefield Dr Caroline Springs 3023) in 2018 to determine the status in their life cycle and the required ongoing maintenance and renewal program that will be required.
Pitch A was constructed in 2008 using synthetic turf and has seen a large amount of use from surrounding schools, general public and clubs and is showing significant signs of wear and tear. The report noted at the time that the surface of pitch A was reaching the end of its useful life and should be considered for replacement within 2 years.
