Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the following works covered by this tender are for the external provision of painting maintenance and external cleaning of Council buildings. The term of this contract is for a period of two years with an extension option of two years. Council’s public toilets are the only buildings to be repainted fully inside and out during this two year period. Other Buildings are to be maintained. The external cleaning is to be undertaken on an annual basis.
