Tender Description
Central Highlands Water (CHW) is seeking submissions from suitably experienced and resourced contractors to appoint a Service Provider or panel of providers for the provision of 24/7 Civil Maintenance and Construction services within the CHW service area.
The Contract will be a schedule of rates contract and will be subject to annual price adjustment for rise and fall in prices.
Details of the price adjustment mechanism that will apply to the Contract are set out in Part B Form of Tender.
The Contract will be for an initial two-year term with provision for three (3) further two-year extensions at CHW's discretion.
