Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Langama Park Reserve, a ‘District Level’ site in Sunbury is currently home to many sporting clubs such as the Sunbury United Cricket Club, Sunbury United Soccer Club and the Sunbury United Rugby League Club. The four (4) soccer pitches operate simultaneously, and the existing pavilion (Pavilion 2) can no longer accommodate the teams.

 
Hume City Council has identified the need for high quality facilities at Langama Park and requires refurbishment of Pavilion 2 and the construction of a new modular pavilion (Pavilion 3) to achieve the needs of the clubs.
