Tender Description
The Department of Transport and Main Roads is establishing a new whole of Government Standing Offer Arrangment called the Infrastructure Building and Construction Panel (IBCP), which will replace the current Engineering Consultancy Scheme (ECS).
The panel seeks to make it easier for suppliers to do business with government and increase engagement opportunities. The TMR categories within IBCP will be aligned to utilise the same category names as described in the Manual for Consultants for Engineering Projects (CFEP), Contract Administration and Environment and Cultural Heritage categories, and there will be additional Project Management categories.
The existing Engineering Consultant Scheme will contine to operate until mid-2021.
TMR is seeking applications from the following prequalified suppliers:
- Tranche 1: Inviation of Manual for Consultants for Enigneering Projects categories (CFEP), for applicants who were unable to submit in Tranche 1 that closed on the 19th November 2020. Note: supplier must be prequalified to apply for IBCP.
- Tranche 2: Inviatation of Contract Administration categories and
- Tranche 4: Project Managent catagories.
Note: Tranche 2: release date, originally scheduled for January 2021 is now issued in February 2021 and Tranche 4: scheduled to be released in May 2021 is now released in February 2021.
The closing date and time for the submission is 18th March 2021 at 11:00am (AEST).
Electronic copies of tender submission are to be lodged in QTenders only before the tender closes.
Tender submissions will not be accepted by email or through Vendor Panel.
