Tender Description
Building Contractors are invited to register their interest in tendering for the refurbishment of the previous library area into an exciting new learning space, conversion of the disused student amenities into a new staff room and the vacated staff area into an art room.
The overall area of refurbishment is approximately 150 square meters.
Registrations need to be received by the Architect (email below) by close of business on Wednesday 17 February 2021. Tender documents will be released in late February.
Registrants need to have Commercial Registration.
Registration of interest does not imply inclusion on the tender list.
