Tender Description
Indigo Shire Council is inviting submissions from interested and qualified Businesses to Tender for the daily/weekly cleaning of all Indigo Shire Offices, Buildings, Public Toilets and Amenities.
Major Centres within Indigo Shire include the historic towns of Beechworth, Rutherglen, Yackandandah and Chiltern along with the smaller centres of Wahgunyah, Barnawatha, Stanley and Tangambalanga. Indigo Shire is founded upon a commitment by residents and ratepayers to the preservation and enhancement of the historic features, heritage, natural surroundings and rural character of the Region.
Each year a number of festivals and special events are held within the Shire resulting in additional services being required particularly in the Public Toilets and Barbeques. These are managed as extras/variations under the Contract.
The Contract will be for a 3 year term with two further options of 1 year each.
Attendance at a Pre Tender Briefing and Building Inspection is mandatory, details of which are in the Tender Documents.
