Tender Description
The design of the stacker features a cantilevered boom through a main A-frame tower suspended by dual stay ropes above the Mistaken Island stockpile. The condition of the stacker has deteriorated to an extent considered beyond economical repair, whereby we are seeking to replace the cantilevered section from the pin joint to the head end of the conveyor, inclusive of the front stays. This scope involves the supply and installation of the 22t boom module.
