Provision of HVAC System Replacement at Kalbarri Health Centre.

⁠⁠⁠ Background

Kalbarri is a small coastal town in the Midwest region of Western Australia, located approximately 570 km north of Perth (around a 6.5 hour drive). It has an estimated resident population of 1,500 people, which can increase to several thousand during peak holiday periods due to tourism.

The Kalbarri Health Centre, operated by the WA Country Health Service (WACHS), provides 24/7 emergency care, along with acute and inpatient services, in addition to a range of community and allied health services.

The facility is approximately 28 years old and, while minor upgrades have been undertaken over time, there is a need to replace the ageing air-conditioning infrastructure. Upgrading the HVAC system is important to modernise the facility and improve comfort and safety for both patients and staff, particularly given the region’s extreme heat conditions

The Briefing will be via MS Team and in person at the conclusion of the briefing a site visit will be indertaken, please ensure registration to recieve further details.
