Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠A Services Provider is required to establish the PACER Plus Implementation Unit (IU) as an independent legal entity in the Host Country.

The Service Provider will be engaged for a contract period of at least two years covering service delivery phases for: Inception (6 months), Early implementation (12 months), Transition (6 months) and Late Implementation (if required, contract extension options available).
