Tender Description
The provision of a quality assured contract for renewal of two (2) tennis courts and related infrastructure at Glenfern Park Reserve.
This includes the following scope of works:
• Renewal of existing tennis court pavement with acrylic surface;
• Installation of new tennis court enclosure fencing and gates;
• Installation of new perimeter spoon drain;
• Construction of concrete footpath and paving edging;
• Drainage and associated works;
• Design and installation of tennis court lighting system; and
• Replacement of seating.
The prospective contractors shall visit the sites so as to be fully acquainted with the physical characteristics of the site before submitting the tender.
Unless specifically exempted by Council in writing, Tenderers for this project must be accredited under the Civil Contractors Federation (CCF) National Prequalification Program, or Council approved equivalent, at the time of submitting a tender.
Tenderers will be required to submit a detailed works program and intended methodology for the entire works and this will form a key element of the evaluation process.
