Tender Description
Southern Grampians Shire Council wish to invite qualified contractors to tender on the refurbishment and upgrades to the Lake Hamilton Aquatic Centre Facilities.
The Contract is divided into 2 separable portions;
Refurbishment of the existing amenities building and construction of DDA compliant amenities.
Replacement of pathways and installation of undercover BBQ area.
The separable portions will only be awarded to the same contractor and will not be split to 2 different contractors. Council reserves the right to only award a single portion.
