Corangamite Shire is located in the heart of the Western District of Victoria. Corangamite has approximately 17,000 people and occupies an area of 4,425 square kilometres. The Shire has a north south orientation, stretching some 120 kilometres from Skipton in the north to Port Campbell on the Great Ocean Road in the south and is approximately 45 kilometres from east to west.
Timboon is a small rural township located approximately 220 kilometres southwest of Melbourne within the Corangamite Shire.
Corangamite Shire Council is seeking lump sum tenders for the refurbishment of the Timboon Main Pool, located on Lambert Street, Timboon. The works include pool wall repairs, waterproofing, re-tiling, FWR outlet joint rectification, and associated handrail and ladder modifications, as detailed in this Tender.A word version of the Schedules is attached for completion.
