Tender Description
Council requires the preparation of an Infrastructure and Development Contributions Framework for the City of Whitehorse which identifies and develops an appropriate development contributions mechanism(s) for the municipality.
You must only lodge the Tender Offer and supporting material via Council’s eTender Portal. Tender Offers submitted to Council officers or Council sites will not be accepted.
All communications must be directed via Communication tab, verbal or email request for information will NOT be accepted during the Tender Stage.
You must properly name your Tender Submission along with any attachments as per the following naming convention:
30xxx (contract number) – Tenderer’s name – Tender Response Schedule
30xxx (contract number) – Tenderer’s name – Attachment x (if applicable)
