Tender Description

ARL Vic Ltd (NRL Victoria) (Principal) invites tenders for the Development of the Rugby League State Community Centre at Seabrook Reserve, Broadmeadows – Site Works

Tenderers must submit tenders in the manner required by this Request for Tenders.

The Victorian Government, Hume City Council, National Rugby league (NRL) and Melbourne Storm are partnering to build Victoria’s first Rugby League Centre of excellence in Broadmeadows, providing opportunity for the Melbourne storm women’s team to train and provide development programs for the local community.

This project will highlight the importance of women’s sport through the advent of the Melbourne Storm Women’s team and will support local people to train and develop into the next generation of rugby league starts in their own neighbourhood.

Currently the existing reserve is underdeveloped. The proposed development will not only improve the image and appearance of the reserve, it will also provide a major upgrade to existing infrastructure, amenities and provide a safer environment for the local community.

This Tender calls for the construction of state level rugby league pitches and site infrastructure as per the requirements outlined in the specification, drawings and returnable schedules.
