Tender Description
Transport for NSW (TfNSW) seeks Responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Contractors to be included on the Minor Civil Works/Road Works (for road maintenance projects) in Regional and Outer Metropolitan NSW, Panel Contract.
The purpose of this RFP is to create a panel of contractors with capable and experienced resources either based or with demonstrated experience in the regions.
The scope of works will include: (as separable portions)
- SP1 Demolition
- SP2 Pavement reconstruction and rehabilitation
- SP3 Bulk earthworks
- SP4 Kerb and channel (gutter)
- SP5 Drainage works
- SP6 Miscellaneous services
All tenderers must comply with the New South Wales Government's Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code) and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement (NSW Guidelines).
