Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified mechanical contractors for the replacement of an existing boiler with a new condensing boiler at the Harold Holt Swim Centre - 1409-1413 High St, Glen Iris 3146. The mechanical services for the 50m and indoor pools will be in operation during the installation. The tenderer will have ownership of a cordoned off compound working cooperatively with pool management with changeovers. Works to be completed by 26 March 2021 or earlier by arrangement.
All works to be completed as per the tender drawings and specifications shall be new and of first quality and shall be furnished, delivered, erected, connected and finished in every detail. All works carried out shall be performed with the best trade practice by competent tradesmen.
The tenderer shall employ a quality assurance process including design, documentation, project management, safety and risk management, installation and commission, testing, inspection and staff training.
