Tender Description
The Melton Civic Centre is near capacity and the design is constrained by the existing fitout. The furniture, fittings and some infrastructure is outdated and in some cases at end of life and needs to be replaced. Furthermore the layout is not conducive to employee productivity and collaboration and a lack of meeting spaces and natural light throughout the building has resulted in a poor working environment for staff. The objectives of this RFT are to procure the services of a suitably qualified contractor to assist Council to undertake the fit-out of workstations and loose furniture items at the Melton (Civic Centre located at 232 High Street, Melton).
