Tender Description
Please note that this is an Advance Tender Notice for Digital Asset Management System to the Office of the Director General, being part of the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority (an administrative office in relation to the Department of Transport) (The Purchaser).
Purpose of the Request
Through the Request, the Purchaser is seeking to engage suitably qualified Solution Provider with the proven relevant experience to provide and to implement a Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Digital Asset Management System with access to a brand portal housing all rich media assets (i.e. videos, imagery, templates, maps, logos) and approvals and access workflow management to the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority (MTIA).

Mandatory Requirement:
Interested parties that intend to participate must be registered on the Department Premier and Cabinet (DPC) e-Services Register prior to submitting their Proposal.

Important please note: Allow up to 48 hours for approvals to be granted by DPC. Solution Providers who have not register on the e-Services Register prior to the submission of their Proposal, may not be considered.
