Kingston City Council (KCC) has identified Elder Street Park Reserve as a key project forming part of Kingston's 'Chain of Parks' network that aims to link Karkarook Park to Braeside Park.

As a key link in the Open Space Network, we require the service of experienced consultants to provide a detailed MasterPlan to deliver council's vision for Elder Street Reserve to become Kingston's newest community Park. The Plan will consider community feedback, biodiversity, path networks and linkages to surrounding open spaces.
