Tender Description
The purpose of this Panel Contract is for Council to engage the services of appropriately skilled and suitably qualified Consultants to undertake Planning Consultancy Services (specifically with regards to the planning and specification of Sports facilities, Recreation assets, Leisure facilities, Open Space and Community Facilities) for a number of Council departments.
Please note that this requirement is not associated with buildings (we are in the process of establishing a panel for architectural design services which was previously tendered under a different process).
The Panel will be divided into three categories:
- Category A: Public Reserve, Public Realm & Open Space Master Planning;
- Category B: Sport, Recreation, Leisure & Community Facilities Master Planning; and
- Category C: Sport, Recreation & Leisure Planning & Development
Contracts are expected to commence towards the end of this calendar year. The term is three (3) years with an option to extend for a further two (2) years. Contracts based on AS4122 Consultancy Services.
